• Email address, name (and optionally, nationality)

• Phone number and preferred city

• Membership preferences (e.g., event interests, travel choices)

• Conversation notes relevant to membership or event preferences (collected in our CRM to serve you better)

We will not collect any personal data beyond what is needed to provide and oversee SAVA Club’s services.
Why We Need It
SAVA Club requires basic personal data to:

• Facilitate event registrations, travel bookings, and club activities

• Send newsletters, updates, invitations, and exclusive offers

• Provide invoices or payment confirmations for paid memberships and travel packages

What We Do With It
All personal data we collect is processed and stored in our CRM, with servers located in Europe. Access to this CRM is strictly limited:

• Only a small number of authorized employees can view your data

• Our founder/admin is responsible for overseeing security protocols

• No third parties receive your personal data unless required by law

• We never sell or provide your data to external companies or organizations

How Long We Keep It
We will keep your information on record until you notify SAVA Club that you no longer wish us to retain it. Each newsletter includes options to:

• Unsubscribe from our mailing list (you will no longer receive newsletters or standard event notifications)

• Erase All Data: We permanently remove your data from our CRM system upon request

• Erase all of your data from SAVA Club’s database
